Many times I've read that if one wants to keep his/her weight off and be more encouraged to eat healthier, a person must keep a food diary. I've never struggled with weight this much because I was really slim before. The idea of having my own 'food diary' (although may not be incredibly detailed and with religious daily posts) when I was chowing down tekkamaki. Ah, those tuna rolls had the light bulb on me. Neat.
Today I Ate: tekkamaki (tuna rolls), wakame tofu jiro (miso soup w/ tofu and seaweed), gyoza, mushroom and carrot sidings (from the boyfriend's katsudon), and yogurt ice cream topped with caramel and nuts
The Kitchen: Japengo and Yogorino (both can be found in Robinson's Cybergate along Fuente Circle)

I love Cybergate! Lots of food place minus the crowd. :D
